Four Seasons on the Medicine Bow

Enjoy every season to its fullest in the heart of the Medicine Bow National Forest. This extremely well cared-for cabin was built in 1979, and it's been more recently updated and expanded upon with a detached two car garage/shop and 1400 sq. ft. metal frame utility barn, both with concrete floors, and are perfect for storing trailers and toys.

The residence enjoys newly tiled entry spaces and an enclosed porch. The interior amenities include on-demand hot water, forced air heating in the living areas, and a fireplace with blower, all situated on a stem wall foundation.

Deer area 76 is out the front door and 78 is across the highway to the east. This location has immediate access to elk area 110 with a herd that is frequently in view of the private drive. The high quality HMA's of Antelope Area 44 and 45 offer great opportunities to bring home a pronghorn.

During the winter, snowmobilers can make the trip north to Centennial on marked and maintained trails all winter long. There are miles of cross country ski and snowshoe trails as soon as you step onto the Forest at the end of the drive. Winter access to the property is made easy just off the pavement and around the corner from the Big Laramie Valley Vol. Fire Dept. drive.

During the summer months miles of trails and forest roads will occupy four wheeler and motorcycle riders. The Platte Wilderness lies 7 miles west. This beautiful corner of Wyoming provides lifetime of hiking, fishing and exploring to occupy every member of the family... 12 months a year.
